Job Description:
- Investigate fraudulent activity across all business channels.
- Analyze data to confirm or clear fraud cases.
- Identify fraud trends such as identity theft and account misuse.
- Use internal and external tools to research fraud cases.
- Handle fraud escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Take inbound calls from customers affected by fraud.
- Help prevent future fraud by identifying risks and recommending solutions.
- One year experience with Fraud Service/Fraud Center Environment.
