Our Investment Trading Associate has a strong foundation in financial markets and a proven ability to navigate them effectively. This role leverages algorithmic and block trading skills and is a strong advocate for best execution, ensuring trades are completed in a manner that prioritizes our clients' interests.

• Execute buy/sell trade orders in client accounts invested in investment models and strategies with underlying investments in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Mutual Funds, US and global stocks
• Execute model rebalancing orders of investment models managed by in-house portfolio managers and sourced form external money managers
• Monitor market information proactively to facilitate in making sound trading decisions and providing investment team relevant news
• Strive toward process improvement and operational efficiency within the entire trade life cycle from order generation, execution, settlement, to custodian
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, client service, and IT department, as required
• Prepare reports and handle projects, as assigned

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field
• Preferred:
  Minimum 2 years trading or related experience in utilizing algorithmic and block trading with a clear understanding best execution standards and practices
• Preferred:
  Understanding of market structure and regulatory environment, transaction cost analysis, commission budgeting, and settlement process
• Preferred:
  Strong proficiency using Orion Eclipse trading platform, Microsoft Excel, broker-sponsored trading algorithms, and leading OMS/EMS providers
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing based on business needs; ability to function well in ambiguity and shift priorities quickly

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
