This is a full-time on-site role located in Overland Park, KS, for a Financial Services Professional. The primary responsibilities include providing personalized financial planning and retirement planning solutions, advising clients on insurance and investment strategies, and analyzing relevant financial data to develop comprehensive financial strategies. The role also involves maintaining proactive communication with clients, educating them on financial products, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Services
• Skill in Retirement Planning and knowledge of relevant strategies
• Strong Communication skills for building relationships and conveying financial concepts effectively
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills for evaluating and creating personalized financial strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) considered a strong asset
• Proficiency in using financial planning tools and software is advantageous
• Experience in financial services or working knowledge of insurance and investments is preferred
