** WHO YOU ARE
** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
** Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
** to work from our
** Overland Park, KS
** office. This role will provide data center site level financial analysis & accounting analysis across a complex and rapidly growing legal entity structure. Reporting to the Director of Site Accounting & Reporting, this highly visible role will partner across Facility Operations, Engineering and Asset Management teams.
** WHAT YOU WILL DO
*** Review monthly financial results, assess variances to forecast and provide reporting for various levels of internal management reporting needs
* Partner with department heads and operational leaders to provide financial results and support strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with FP&A, Asset Management and other departments to assist with financial budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
* Provide support for the annual internal and external audits.
* Assist on special projects, including accounting for significant transactions.
* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Responsible for supporting management initiatives including process standardization and simplification, financial analysis and research, and reporting.
** BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
*** BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting.
* Two or more years of experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas.
** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** CPA.
* Three or more years of experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas.
* Experience in public accounting at a Big 4 firm.
* MBA, or graduate finance related degree.
* Workday, Microsoft Great Plains or other large ERP systems experience.
** KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

*** Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
* A strategic thinker with an understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial processes.
* Professional agility.
* Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience with automated accounting systems.
* Must have the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrate willingness to partner across internal departments.
