As a core member of our Fund Accounting – Registered Funds team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

• Review subscription agreements
• Follow up with investors on missing documentation
• Complete KYC and AML on investors
• Carry out investor transfers and name changes
• Maintain electronic and physical investor records
• Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts
• Produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence
• Update all contacts information in all systems
• Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls

• You have 2-4 years’ experience in customer service within the financial services area, preferably fund services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Demonstrated strong client relationship experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient with all MS Office applications.
