The FINANCIAL PLANNER is a key member of our team. After achieving the licenses and registrations necessary to become a FINANCIAL PLANNER in our Career Development Program (CDP), your typical day may include:
- relationships with clients (both existing and prospective)
- client information and using that information to build robust financial plans
- helping clients prepare for retirement
- reviewing investment portfolio recommendations
Because of our comprehensive training and development program, no prior knowledge of the financial services industry is required, but prior exposure to the industry and the career is a plus.

- College degree or equivalent work/life experience with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr.
During CDP Affiliate phase: compensation is $15/hour (or city/state minimum wage if higher). After progression to full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA), compensation is paid on commission and bonuses. FPAs typically earn $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in their first full year. Eligible for enrollment in a 401(k) plan and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for the FPA and eligible dependents;
paid leave may apply.
The Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase covers licensing and exam study materials costs. Upon successful completion and offer to commence part-time CDP Contract Associate, then potential to become a full-time FPA.
