Job Description

Sign-On Bonus: $5000

Shift: Weekdays 5:30AM - 2:00PM. Every Saturday 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Support daily café and kitchen operations by assisting with restocking supplies, food preparation, patient meal production, dishwashing, meal delivery, and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service. Other duties as assigned.

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally. Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely while issuing receipts and maintaining accurate records.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge about working in the retail industry [Required]
• Should be able to make decisions and multi-task under pressure [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) [Required]
