Project Engineering Manager - Substation

Type: Full-Time

Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams on large-scale substation projects.

Manage design quality, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.

Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with clients, support proposals, and contribute to business development.

Mentor and develop engineering staff while maintaining project accountability.

Bachelors degree in Engineering; P.E. license preferred.

5+ years of experience managing substation or switchyard EPC/design projects.

Strong understanding of substation layout, protection and control systems, civil/structural design, and major equipment.

Knowledge of project coordination including procurement, permitting, and construction support.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
