Software Quality Assurance Analyst
Average salary: $63,044.80 per year (wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
Hybrid position with in‑office requirements.

DescriptionWe are looking for a full‑time Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team! All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or 1–3 years of related experience (required). We will teach you the rest!
Day in the Life- Responsible for conducting testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues.
- Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
- Identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements within established guidelines. Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects.
- Extensive knowledge of software and database testing, including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication.
- When a product does not perform within specifications, will be responsible for reporting defects to the software team while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.
- Create and carry out test plans to make sure all goals are reached.
- Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position.
- Advocates, promotes, and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day‑to‑day interactions.
- Develops, promotes, and practices teamwork in all activities.
