We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and lead technical design efforts within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of project standards while driving process improvements and providing technical supervision.

• Lead as a senior engineering technician, providing technical design expertise and supervision.
• Tackle complex design challenges and contribute to innovative engineering solutions.
• Use digital tools like CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling to create and maintain technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Offer consultation, training, and oversight to ensure quality and consistency in project standards.
• Manage drawing control and historical records, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with design teams to exchange necessary project information and support field activities.

• Proficient in Bentley Microstation 3D and/or AutoCAD 3D substation design.
• Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills to convey project requirements and progress.
• Ability to apply engineering principles to develop complex design concepts.
• Experience in leading process improvement activities and assignments.
• Expertise in making presentations and conducting training within specialized areas.
