Sr. Controls Engineer
Location:

- Experience in reading and creating the HVAC schematics
- Experience in working with PLC's, VFD.
- Experience in communication Protocol I2C , SPI , CAN, Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet, DCS, ICS.
- Selection of Electrical and Electronic Components, MCB, ELCB, EC Motor, Pumps, FUSE. Solenoid valves, etc.
- Proficient in CAD Software - AutoCAD Electricals
- Hands on Testing Experience using equipment like Clamp meter, Multimeter.
- Ability to work on high-voltage electrical systems.
- Experience in Obsolescence management of components like Transformers, relays, contractors, MCB, RLCB, Resistor, Capacitors, Diode, Inductor, MCU, Memories etc.
- Ability to interact with end customers and quote the electrical controls.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analysis
- Self-driven with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Good communication and client interaction skills
Customer’s area of interest:
- Supporting PLC Logic Creation and Testing of Prototype Models
- Offshore co-ordination,
- Understanding of requirements and pain areas,
- Support on installation and commissioning
- identify areas where we can focus on building our own product instead of buying it from market at higher cost
- End customer interaction quoting and processing the order.
- SAP/ ERP/ BOM/ Dwg changes/ supply chain/ QC/ Panel Builders
