We are seeking a qualified CAD Drafter to join our Architecture and Engineering (A&E) department at our Kansas City office. This role is essential to our project lifecycle, responsible for the development and accuracy of lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels in a collaborative environment and can translate diverse data sources into precise technical documents.

• Drafting & Design: Generate high-quality drawings based on client requirements, field sketches, site photography, and aerial mapping.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in peer reviews of fellow designers’ work to maintain rigorous quality control standards.
• Revision Management: Efficiently address drawing comments and updates based on redlines from project managers, engineers, and client feedback.
• File Management: Maintain project files and materials in an orderly, standardized manner according to established company protocols.
• Collaboration: Act as a proactive team player, contributing to a departmental culture of mutual support and shared goals.

• Education: Certification or an Associate degree in CAD Design.

  Skills:
  
  Proven experience or functional knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Software: General office proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical field data.

  Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry is a significant plus.
• Specialized Design: Previous exposure to Civil, Steel, or Electrical CAD design.
