Electrical Engineering, Engineering Design & Technologists, Manufacturing Engineer, Systems Engineer
Industrial Accessories Company (IAC) is looking for a skilled, driven, and detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our Engineering team and help power the next generation of industrial air pollution control, dust collection, and bulk material handling systems across North America.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, design, and problem‑solving. The Electrical Designer II plays a critical part in transforming engineering concepts into accurate, buildable, and reliable electrical systems. You’ll collaborate closely with electrical engineers, project managers, fabricators, and field teams to ensure every design meets safety standards, aligns with project specifications, and delivers long‑term operational performance for our customers.
You will support the full lifecycle of design — from initial concept layouts to final drawing packages — applying your drafting expertise, technical understanding, and strong organizational skills. Your work will help bring complex engineered systems to life, whether it’s a custom control panel, a facility‑scale filtration system, or automation equipment used in major industrial operations.
If you're looking for a role where your technical creativity matters, where attention to detail is valued, and where your work directly contributes to large‑scale engineered solutions, IAC offers a dynamic and rewarding environment to grow your career.
