• Utilize Autodesk Inventor with SDS in the substation industry, supporting drafting and design tasks.
• Perform advanced engineering technician functions with minimal supervision, using electronic applications and document control processes.
• Provide technical guidance and delegate work assignments to other engineering professionals.
• Apply knowledge of engineering standards, systems, and document control to ensure project compliance.
• Coordinate project deliverables with other teams to minimize errors and support field activities.
• Share knowledge of the latest technologies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

• 3-5 years of experience with Autodesk Inventor and SDS in the substation industry.
• Strong understanding of substation industry standards and practices.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to others.
• Proficient in document control and engineering standards application.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Diploma or Certificate preferred.
• Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred.
