Colonial Presbyterian Church is seeking a passionate and relational Middle School Youth Leader who demonstrates a growing, spiritually mature Christian faith and a Christ-centered character, to help shape the next generation of students at our Overland Park campus. Position SummaryThe Middle School Leader will:
- Shepherd and disciple middle school students (6th–8th grade)
- Lead weekly middle school gatherings and teach Scripture regularly
- Recruit, equip, and develop adult volunteers
- Partner intentionally with parents
- Collaborate closely with the broader Family Ministry team
- Identify and develop student leaders
- Help plan and execute retreats, camps, and key ministry events alongside the Student Ministry team
This leader will help shape students during one of the most formative seasons of their lives.
This position will report directly to the Director of Student Ministry (OP Campus), serves within the Family Ministry team under the leadership and vision of the Family Pastor, and collaborates closely with the Overland Park Student Ministry Team, the South Kansas City Student Ministry team, and volunteers.

Ministry experiences preferred. A heart for student discipleship is required.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $50,000–$52,000
, depending on experience
