Job Summary:

HCA Midwest, Kansas City’s largest healthcare provider and part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an experienced physician leader in Neurosurgery to drive strategic growth.

Qualified Candidates:

• Demonstrated track record of physician leadership and program growth, with experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent surgical skills in both cranial and spinal neurosurgery, typically with a 70/30 or 80/20 split depending on practice needs.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to expand neurosurgery services, enhance program offerings, and increase market share within the Kansas City region.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Guide initiatives to improve clinical performance, reduce readmission rates, and enhance patient experience.
• Board Certification in neurosurgery.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 2+ years of leading a clinical administrative or academic department OR aptitude for physician leadership.
• Current medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas (or ability to obtain).
