Located in suburban Kansas City, Advent Health Shawnee Mission is searching for a dynamic, energetic, and team‑oriented fellowship‑trained oncologist with a specialized focus in breast cancer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting‑edge, patient‑centered care to individuals diagnosed with breast cancer, while also contributing to general oncology services. We are looking to grow our subspecialty oncology programs in breast, thoracic, GI and GU.

• 1 in 6 call rotation
• Approximately 20 patients daily
• 24‑hr call (inpatient and cover outpatient clinic call at night)
• EMR – Epic
• Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component

• Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology with significant experience and/or interest in breast cancer management
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and patients
• Strong communication skills
• Strong medical decision‑making skills
