Customer Service Representative/Call Center

- At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting.
- Some experience speaking with providers and/or patients over the phone
- Bachelor/Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Previous experience working in the Respiratory Field
- Previous Infusion Center Experience
