Attendant, Pool Hut

Description

Attendant, Pool Hut greets members and guests at the outdoor pool entrance, creates a welcoming environment, checks in guests, processes payments for pool passes, and answers customer questions.

• Pool Hut opens daily between Memorial Day and Labor Day from 11am to 8pm
• Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available
• FREE access to The J's state‑of‑the‑art fitness center

• Greet all members and guests in a timely and welcoming manner
• Use software to sell pool passes, check in members, and find information requested by customers
• Handle customer complaints and comments in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand and follow policies of The J and the Pool Hut

• At least 15 years old
• Basic customer service knowledge is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Personable and friendly
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Able to multi‑task

• Requires constant standing and walking during shifts
• Must be able to bend, crouch, and lift/move/fold towels
