About The Role
Position Summary
The Senior Account Manager oversees the strategic success of ongoing marketing accounts. As the primary point of contact, this role fosters strong client relationships and collaborates with internal teams—including copywriters, designers, developers, and leadership—to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals and Lifted Logic’s standards.
The Senior Account Manager ensures that all marketing deliverables are impactful, on-brand, and meet contracted timelines. Acting as both a strategic partner and advocate, the Senior Account Manager leverages Lifted Logic’s resources to drive client growth, offering expertise in areas clients may not yet recognize as growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Leads client meetings, taking detailed notes to capture project requirements and objectives
- Serves as the primary and strategic point of contact for marketing clients
- Establishes a foundation for client success in the digital space, acting as a trusted business partner
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure all parties meet project specifications, deadlines, and schedules
- Provides thought leadership and strategic marketing consulting to clients and their teams
- Oversees project administration, documentation, and reporting for assigned accounts
- Delivers regular updates and performance reports to senior management
- Monitors project performance to ensure alignment with client goals and evaluates project outcomes
- Manages internal projects and tasks associated with assigned accounts
- Performs miscellaneous maintenance on client sites as needed
- Develops and finalizes proposals and contracts for ongoing client engagements
- Deep understanding of business best practices
- Demonstrated client-facing and internal communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or business development

Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work schedule and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
