• Expand Steadily’s network of independent agency partners through inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting
• Interview and screen potential agency partners to ensure Steadily’s standards for quality are met and exceeded
• Drive strong agent productivity by establishing strong agency relationships and setting clear expectations upfront
• Support the growth of our agency footprint through strategic outreach in target markets
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently with cross‑functional teams to define needs and determine priorities

• Experienced:
  You are a gifted salesperson with strong presentation skills and deep knowledge of the independent agency ecosystem
• Insurance:
  You have a strong P&C insurance background and are comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles
• Digital:
  You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage
• Driven:
  You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight. You aren’t afraid to work as hard as it takes to get the job done

• $120,000 base salary - $150,000 OTE
• Equity in the company
• 3 weeks PTO plus six federal holidays
