Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week

Starting Salary Range: $18.22–$23.31 (determined by experience)
Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant, Enrollment Services supports JCCC by performing a variety of administrative support duties for Enrollment Services to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma and at least 1 year of related experience
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Administrative Support & Office Operations:
Prepare, develop, proofread, and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed. Process mail (incoming and return). Scan and index documents into the imaging software system. Monitor and maintain inventory of departmental forms and office supplies and submit replacement orders as needed. Serve as a backup to Admissions and Records processing to ensure continuity of operations. - Financial & Budget Support:
Enter budget and financial information into the Banner software system. Monitor available funds. Create requests to transfer funds between line items. Coordinate and process invoices. - Scheduling & Travel Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule conference calls and meetings. Assist staff with travel arrangements. - Student Services & Customer Support:
Notify students of the outcome of their late withdrawal/tuition refund appeal, including approval or denial status and next steps. Assist with front desk coverage as needed. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and refer students to appropriate departments. Other duties as assigned.
