Marketing Coordinator
Firm: Retirement Solutions Group
Location: Overland Park, KS
- Execute email marketing, lead nurturing, event and speaking engagement coordination, direct mail, and other marketing activities to expand the sales funnel and attract high-quality leads.
- Coordinate dinner workshops, brand marketing, article and ad design and placement, ensuring compliance in both the insurance and securities industries.
- Follow up with prospective and current clients to ensure clear communication, scheduling, and office visit attendance.
- Coordinate client events such as appreciation dinners and birthday celebrations.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Perform general clerical duties (copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mail processing/distribution, maintaining office cleanliness, and client readiness).
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain up-to-date Outlook calendars.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Provide an outstanding client experience, including a clean, welcoming environment and personalized service.
- Answer phones promptly, exercising sound judgment in message distribution.
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Keep inventory of office supplies and order replenishments as needed.
- Record and archive meeting minutes.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with a CRM (bonus if it’s Salesforce).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks and follow through.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
- Ability to coordinate and execute dinner seminars 4-8 evenings per month (ending around 7:30 PM).
- Graphic design experience.
- Prior experience in compliance for insurance and securities industries.
- 45,000 - $55,000 per year base salary, plus multiple bonus opportunities
