Job Description

APEX Career Services is currently seeking a candidate for a Part Time Admin/Bookkeeper/Sales & Marketing Independent Contractor position. If you have experience in Quick Books Online, Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and very computer savvy, we want to talk with you. This is a great opportunity for you to shine by showing your skill set in bookkeeping and administrative duties.

Qualifications

Job Objective: APEX Career Services is seeking a dynamic part time independent contractor, friendly and organized entry level Administrative Assistant to perform office support activities to CEO.

Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries
  • Outbound calls to customers, vendors, and business partners
  • Track data on Excel Spreadsheets
  • Update and manage Quick Books
  • Communicate to customers, employees, & vendors by email
  • Manage Social Media Accounts
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage inbound calls and emails
  • Handle sales and account management responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Exceptional and pleasant customer service skills
  • Willing to go above and beyond to ensure superb customer service
  • Clear written and verbal communications skills
  • Sales & marketing skills
  • Strong social media savvy
  • Multitasking abilities
  • College Degree required
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
