The Product Manager Automotive After Market & Racing will supervise and coordinate After Market product development for KONI.

For the day-to-day workload, the Product Manager works independently within set procedures and guidelines as well as within the established pricing strategy. Creates Requests for new (customized) products developments. Work with the team when a strategic assessment has to be made about whether or not to make an offer to a (potential) customer.

After the order has been received, the Customer Services department is responsible for the actual operational planning and execution of the orders and handling of warranty cases as well as communication with customers, while the officer continues to function as a source of information and problem solver and supervises the process.

The Product Manager Automotive After Market & Racing will be responsible for The KONI After Market Product lines and Sales Support.

Main tasks:

• prepare market introduction of new applications
• maintenance of product data in main product databases, that have to be clear and complete documentation, administration and internal order specifications
• maintaining telephone contact with relations
• a representative, customer-friendly and reliable representation of the organization, who can support related to (technical) product queries of customers and end users

We re looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, not only as a Manager.

The perfect candidate has knowledge in:

• KONI products in particular and shock absorber/chassis technology in general
• vehicle technology, brands, models, types and configurations
• market and competition
• marketing and sales
• company pricing strategy
• the English and Dutch. On top, preferably German language (m/s) and French (m)
• the administrative affairs within the department
• applicable procedures and guidelines, including financial and quality…
