Our Ottumwa, Iowa, location features our Main Offices and a modern state-of-the-art HMA production facility to meet your every need. Our Weaver facility provides HMA for the Burlington/Fort Madison areas. Our Harvey facility provides HMA for the Oskaloosa/Knoxville/Pella area.

Our 2 modern portable HMA facilities travel Iowa and Missouri to provide safe and smooth roads for the traveling public. Our award-winning crews can do any asphalt job from driveways and parking lots to streets, roads, and highways to specialty projects such as race tracks and commercial compost pads. The Lowboy Truck Driver is responsible for operating a truck and trailer for transportation of construction material and equipment. This driver will load construction equipment, including front end loaders, crushing equipment, fuel tanks, dozer, portable asphalt plants, etc., onto trailer and transport to various construction and quarry locations. Must have a working knowledge of required documentation for compliance with IDOT guidelines.

This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment and trucks.

The Lowboy Truck Driver will perform daily pre/post trip inspections. Must maintain daily vehicle mileage and fuel logs. Will perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment.

This position requires a Class A Commercial Driver License, with hazmat and tanker endorsements. License must not be restricted to automatic transmission. May require occasional overnight stays.
