Overview
Earl May Garden Center is looking for an associate manager / sales associate for our location in Ottumwa, Iowa. Part-time employment may lead to a full-time opportunity.

The Ideal Candidate Will- have high energy and a positive attitude
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- be a self-starter
- have a strong work ethic
- have strong decision-making and leadership skills
- be sales-driven
- have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be able to work variable hours/shifts
- have a valid driver's license
- Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train if needed.
Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full-time positions.
