Our house supervisors are responsible for the flow of patients throughout our building, from ED to inpatient and from inpatient to discharge. They manage conflict, service recovery, and critical thinking in difficult times. The role involves daily flow management, responding to codes, and handling unforeseen issues. House supervisors lead the building during night shifts and weekends and are tasked with handling challenging situations.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Five (5) years of RN experience
• Three (3) years or more as Charge RN

• Experience in ER or ICU
• Prior leadership experience
