Job Details
- Required
Certifications:
BLS. - Must have Iowa SING background check cleared (criminal and child abuse portions).
- All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start; no instant or statewide searches accepted.
- Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult).
- Drug test must be 10 panel screening including opiates.
- Titers must be within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB).
- Years of experience: 1-2 years in specialty.
- Will need at least 1 year acute experience.
- Registered Nurse License required.

Neuro, trauma, burn, gait training/strengthening, wound vac. - Float Requirements:
Med Surg as needed. - Number of Beds: 13.
