How You'll Contribute

• Assist with patient intakes, case management, and discharging patients.
• Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care for patients with advanced wounds, learns the Hyperbaric Chamber, and assists with the healing process.
• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Documents patient care given.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What We're Looking For

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year acute care experience, wound care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BCLS required.
