As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team you will help deliver high‑quality mid‑wives, support laboring mothers, and care for newborns.

$15,000 Commitment Bonus (2 years)

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, full‑time nights (1900‑0700) and every third weekend.

The Labor & Delivery/OB team operates on a 1:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, with 10 beds in a warm environment, dedicated medical staff, and pediatric coverage by a Board‑Certified provider. Full‑ and part‑time employees rotate every third weekend and major holidays.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Be responsible for completion and revision of the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Active state RN license and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six (6) months of hire.
• One (1) year of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
• Recent RN experience.
• Preferred:
  Two (2) to three (3) years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience and one (1) year of medical/surgical or critical‑care nursing experience.
