Job Type: Full‑time Day Shift 0800‑1630 Monday – Friday
How You’ll Contribute- Assist with patient intakes, case management, and discharging patients.
- Prioritise and organise delivery of nursing care for patients with advanced wounds, learn the Hyperbaric Chamber, and assist with the healing process.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Document patient care given.
- Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. - A minimum of 1 year Acute Care experience in wound care.
- Current RN licence in the state of practice.
- BCLS required.
