Job Type: Full‑time Day Shift 0800‑1630 Monday – Friday

• Assist with patient intakes, case management, and discharging patients.
• Prioritise and organise delivery of nursing care for patients with advanced wounds, learn the Hyperbaric Chamber, and assist with the healing process.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Document patient care given.
• Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year Acute Care experience in wound care.
• Current RN licence in the state of practice.
• BCLS required.
