Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Case Management to join our team. The Director of Case Management will oversee and manage our team of case managers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the case management team
• Oversee the daily operations of the case management department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards for case management services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to case managers
• Develop and manage department budget and resources
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in case management
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new case management staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to case management services

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in a leadership or management role
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to case management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to improve efficiency and performance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
