• Bring innovative, high-quality urgent and primary care to patients of all ages in underserved communities.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, provide patient education, and document information in EMR.
• Perform examinations for workers’ comp, occupational medicine, DOT, sports, wellness, and pre-employment screenings.
• Provide flexible and adaptive care to avoid turning away patients before exhausting reasonable treatment options.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Work autonomously and alongside nurses, x-ray technicians, and front office staff to deliver optimal patient care.
• Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to team members; monitor staff follow-up calls to track patient progress.
• Use judgement to determine when to consult the supervising physician.
• Collaborate with the manager and operational team to ensure consistency with medical policy and professional standards.
• Support and engage in projects to develop or improve clinic services.
• Have at least one year of PA experience and/or emergency care experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work-Life Balance and Flexible

Schedule:

Clinics are open Monday–Friday 7AM–7PM, Saturdays 8AM–6PM, and Sundays 1PM–5PM. Schedules are typically released a month in advance.

The Team: We are more than coworkers—our culture is supportive. Your operational team includes a Regional Manager, a Provider Lead, Director of Clinical Operations, and a Medical Director. We host monthly peer review meetings and educational reports to help you grow.

Pay: $55–$65 per hour
