Responsibilities- Provide Therapeutic Interventions:
- Engage clients in one-on-one therapy, applying types as appropriate, such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, or supportive therapy.
- Spearhead the delivery of interventions, such as Good Lives, MRT, or other cognitive-behavioral programs.
- Identify and coordinate case referrals for those requiring additional therapeutic intervention.
- Innovative Program Development:
- Drive lasting behavior change by developing and overseeing cutting-edge treatment rehabilitation programs.
- Facilitate dynamic cognitive behavioral programming groups tailored to the evolving needs of the judicial district.
- Leadership and Expertise:
- Serve as a lead/expert facilitator in group interventions, ensuring fidelity to best practices.
- Act as a treatment expert, contributing to a vision aligned with change principles and district goals.
- Collaborative Approach:
- Function as a treatment/evidence-based practices expert within a dynamic team.
- Collaborate with facilitators, parole/probation officers, and stakeholders to address challenging cases.
- Continuous Improvement and Policy Development:
- Drive continuous quality improvement, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Research, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based interventions/programs, fostering positive outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve issues objectively with a non-judgmental and factual approach.
- Initiative and Commitment: Demonstrate high effort and commitment, organizing work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey information in written and verbal communication.
- Active Listening: Dedication to understanding and responding to the needs of others.
- Social Perceptiveness: Awareness and understanding of diverse reactions within the community.
- Monitoring: Proactive assessment and continuous improvement mindset.
