As a Teacher with Kinder Care, you will play a vital role in supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged children during out-of-school time. Whether you’re collaborating with school administrators or inspiring students to aim higher, you’ll be at the forefront of transformative learning experiences.

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, modeling best practices and providing constructive feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners.

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Preferred:
  Approved state trainer and 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage actively with children.
• Strong communication skills in English to connect with children and their parents.
