About the RoleFull‑time. The Supervisor leads and supports case managers and support workers who help children reunite with families or find permanent homes through adoption. Collaboration with court systems and case managers ensures families receive the services and support necessary for children to live happy and healthy lives.
QualificationsAdvanced degree in social work or comparable human services field, or a bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable field with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure. Strong managerial skills and commitment to empowering staff.
Day in the LifeAt TFI Family Services, a Supervisor leads and supports case managers and support workers who strive to help children reunite with families or find permanent homes through adoption. You’ll collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the services and support they need, helping children live happy and healthy lives.
