SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant to support a government implementation of SAP Fieldglass, including solution enhancements and functional delivery. This is a leadership-focused functional role overseeing end-to-end workstream activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the SAP Fieldglass functional workstream on a major government program.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define future-state processes.
- Develop configuration documentation and functional design workbooks.
- Partner with technical teams during system build and integration.
- Drive and coordinate bilingual (EN/FR) UAT cycles.
- Support training development, change management, and adoption planning.
- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience as an SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant / Workstream Lead.
- Experience with government projects or regulated environments is an asset.
- Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver end‑to‑end functional activities.
- Strong knowledge of Fieldglass modules, configuration, and procurement processes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skill.
