Therapist – PCIT

Join Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions as a full‑time Therapist – PCIT. You will work with families of children aged 2‑7, deliver Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and collaborate with Support Workers who handle case management. The role offers a salary of $61,048, paid hours, and benefits such as 20 days PTO, 12 holidays, flexible schedule, and mileage reimbursement.

• Deliver PCIT to families with children aged 2‑7

• Engage in ongoing CEU training and skill development

• Licensed clinical therapist or eligible for licensure
• Experience with children and family therapy
• Willingness to complete PCIT training and certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a support team
• Commitment to professional growth (CEU participation)
