Therapist - PCIT

Job Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Therapist for the Grow Nurturing Families Department at TFI Family Services.

• Provide Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to families with children ages 2‑7.
• Work in a dyad with a Support Worker who handles case management so you can focus on clinical interventions.
• Engage families, schedule your own weekly therapy appointments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in case staffing and clinical supervisions, and complete required CEU hours.

• Clinical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (eligible for CEU training and supervision).
• Completed Predictive Index Assessment (link: ).
• Commitment to flexible scheduling and office‑based work.

• Average salary $61,048.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
• 20 days paid time off and 12 holidays.
• Company car, mileage reimbursement, and technology support.
• Training and certification in PCIT and related CEUs.
• Clinical supervision to support licensure requirements.
