Civil Design Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Civil Design Project Manager to lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This role prioritizes project execution, client communication, and forward momentum over heavy design production, making it ideal for an engineering professional who thrives in leadership and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate design efforts and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience managing or supporting civil engineering projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to drive projects forward and manage competing priorities
• Military Leadership experience is a plus
