** JOB DESCRIPTION
**** Purpose
* * The Operations Trainer is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates in the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
** Responsibilities
* ** Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, feedback, and training.
* Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and identify opportunities for team development.
* Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
* Warehouse Operations:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
* Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
* Monitor and optimize warehouse workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
* Safety & Compliance:
* Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the warehouse environment.
* Conduct safety inspections and provide safety training to warehouse associates.
* Investigate and address any safety incidents or accidents.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement corrective actions.
* Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.

* * Associate’s degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

* The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
