As a Receiving & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials and supplies flow smoothly through the operation. You’ll help maintain accurate records, keep the warehouse organized, and support the broader team to deliver on customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments with accuracy and careVerify that deliveries match purchase orders and quality expectationsSafely move and store materials using forklifts and manual handling equipmentTag and record items into the inventory system and update locations as neededOrganize and maintain clean, well-ordered storage areasProcess customer returns by inspecting, documenting, and communicating with the teamParticipate in cycle counts and annual inventory reviewsSupport continuous improvement in warehouse organization and coding systemsFollow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environmentQualifications
Valid forklift certification and WHMIS (or equivalent) safety trainingStrong organizational and record-keeping abilities with keen attention to detailComfortable using computers or tablets for data entry and trackingTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when neededPhysically capable of handling materials and working in varying weather conditionsClear communicator with a customer-focused attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
