Under the supervision of the site director, the AZ Truck driver will be tasked with the transportation of material to and from our various sites and client sites as well.
What you're responsible for:
Operating an AZ class roll off truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policiesSafely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transitPerforming manual tarping if necessaryPerforming routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working conditionCompleting accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentationQualifications
To join our team:
You have a valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and Drivers AbstractYou have experience driving 18 speed manual transmission is requiredYou have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ DriverYou have previous experience operating a roll off truck is preferredYou are customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skillsYou have great communication skills in both French and EnglishYou have good physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as requiredYou have some familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset)
