Warehouse Agents are responsible for building all galleys to the clients' specifications for all scheduled flights. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with time constraints to meet arrival and departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee. “Lead by Example” concept is strongly promoted.

• Build/strip commissary according to airline specs and schedules within established timelines
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Complete inventories according to airline requirements
• Understand and comply with Canada Border Services Agency Memorandum D7-1-1 & D4-1-4
• Understand and comply with Transport Canada requirements
• Understand and comply with IATA Food Safety requirements
• Participate in Sky Café's Safety Management System (SMS), including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations. Understand, comply with and promote the company Safety Policy
• Responsible for maintaining safety and security of the warehouse at all times
• Assist in set up, cleaning and storage of equipment & warehouse
• Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of food and goods, including loading and offloading
• Receive, perform temperature testing and inspection of catering deliveries from our food service provider
• Operate forklift while observing safe procedures and maintenance of equipment, including the performance of equipment checks
• Comply with all Sky Café and airline policies
• Constantly communicate with other catering personnel, and respective airline communication centers if applicable
• Perform other duties as required

• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada
• Obtain a clear criminal record
• Capability to obtain necessary airport and/or Transport Canada security clearances
• Must be capable of lifting/shifting up to 70 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work within the required time parameters
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules
• Must successfully complete airline and corporate specific training programs and recertification
