Job Overview
This is an interview position. The role ensures timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes by reviewing orders before delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.
Shift FlexibilityFlexible shift opportunities. Minimum and maximum hours and days of work will be determined based on business requirements.
Responsibilities- Review orders prior to delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.
- Load and unload vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service to client base.
- Complete all required training and assessments.
- Post-secondary education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Professional accreditation:
Valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license. - Experience:
None required; one (1) year customer‑oriented business experience preferred. - Learning period: 3 months.
- Bilingual requirement (French & English) for Quebec locations.
- Technical skills: mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training; basic and recurrency training; ability to lift 70 lbs; some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations.
- Interpersonal skills: good communication, time management, organizational skills; excellent customer service; ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
Pay: $21.09 per hour.

1201 Logistics Private, Ottawa.
