We are seeking a Full Stack ML Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable web applications across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll work hands‑on with modern frameworks, cloud services, and databases to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing user interfaces, designing APIs, integrating with cloud infrastructure, and ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that are reliable and future‑ready.

• Take over and manage all existing backend systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity as team members transition to other roles.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
• Architect, design, implement, and oversee backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in software development, code quality, and testing.
• Own and manage our Azure infrastructure, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Oversee Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
• Manage and optimize Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps workflows for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement and facilitate continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with product and domain specialists, as well as frontend teams to align backend solutions with product needs.
• Plan and prioritize backend roadmap items.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

• Proven experience as a backend engineer with at least 3+ years in software development.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong expertise in Azure (Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, API Management, ARM/Bicep/Terraform, Azure Active Directory, etc.).
• Experience in data-intensive or ML-driven products.
• Experience with Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps tools/workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for backend and data processing.
• Experience with Databases (SQL and No

• Experience in Microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• Track record of delivering production-grade backend systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and cloud cost optimization.
• An agile mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a relevant quantitative discipline.

• An estimated annual salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
