A leading charitable organization in Ottawa is looking for a case manager to support individuals transitioning from homelessness to stable housing. The role involves engaging clients directly in the community, providing crisis intervention, and managing cases to ensure clients access necessary resources. Applicants should have a community college degree in social work and at least 2 years of experience working with an urban homeless population experiencing addiction or mental health issues.
Bilingualism and certifications in First Aid are preferred.
