A community service organization in Ottawa seeks a Case Manager to engage clients, provide case management, and assist them in securing permanent housing. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in direct client service with urban homelessness and related challenges. The salary ranges from $23.28 to $29.10 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
This role includes a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
