• Clean units under construction both inside and out
• Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage
• Perform tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups and caulking
• Perform intense physical labour on a daily basis

• Organized with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
